How to place an order
Click on the item you wish to purchase; choose the relevant options; put the item in your online basket; go to checkout; pay (you do not need a paypal acoount to use this option)
If you are local to Bollington, you can also place an order through Bollington Printshop, we may not have stock in store but we will print to order within 1-2 days of you placing an order for collection.

How do I know if you have received my order?
If you are placing an order online you shall receive an automated notification.
How long will my order take?
You don't do the item I want in the format I want

At the moment we can only offer orders within the UK, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause
How are the products printed
Greetings cards are printed on a digital press onto greetings card stock with FSC accreditation
All prints are giclee printed on 180gsm matt poster paper with archival quality
All clothing is printed upon using high quality heat transfers (unless otherwise stated)
How should I care for my products
Prints: all our prints are of an archival quality and are unlikely to fade over time. However, we do not recommend putting prints in direct sunlight. The paper used can be torn easily and is not water resistant.
Clothing: Do not wash your clothing item until 48 hours after purchase, do not iron on the printed area. Wash on 30c. This advice is to preserve the quality of the print area for as long as possible.
There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?
We work hard to make sure you order is produced to our high standards. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
